If you make a purchase via telephone, your card information is recorded securely for third party payment processors of credit/debit card transactions. Once processed your card information is securely removed and not held on our systems.

• to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you, your company and us;
• dealing with entries into a competition;

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Rapierstar hold about you (we may charge £10 for information requests) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
